Took alot of time and effort into all you did. For that I say well done but the best Damage build is a job and the alt F4 button. I wish you luck in the future. Division 2 is super fun but sadly I only get an hour to play if that.

If you want a decent solo build I have had nothing with success with in Heroics do a 4 piece heartbreaker, idk how bad the nerf was to spotter but I still use flatline on this build and do not struggle at all https://imgur.com/a/XCahWps may not be a top build
