How to fix "gamemode" library is not a table, make sure addon isnt overwriting it"

This guide will help quite the bit with fixing this stupid bug, Beware you will have to basically wipe your addons.

Ways to ignore some hassle

You can enter the local files by right clicking Garry's Mod from your Library, then clicking Manage, and then Browse local files

IMPORTANT!

First you need to backup your cfg and data folders, this is quite important, as to not lose any configs, or data that you'll have to eventually set back to what you set it before, CFG contains all convars and binds, They're in
"(drive you installed Garry's Mod):\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod"
This step is important, and shouldn't be skipped.

Delete your addons completely.

Unsubscribe from all your addons, and completely empty these folders;
steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\cache
steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\download
steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons
steamapps\workshop\content\4000

You'll find the Garry's Mod directory in "(drive used for install, usually C)/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps"

Disable your Steam Cloud.

You will then disable "Keep game saves in the Steam Cloud", Right click your GMod in the library tab, and then press properties, you should find either a "Steam Cloud" section, Disable it from there.

Completely reset Garry's Mod.

Go onto steamapps\common\GarrysMod and run FactoryReset-Gmod, It'll ask if you REALLY want to reset it, Press Y and wait till it's finished, once it's finished, Go to your Library and right click Garry's Mod, Then click properties, Search for "Verify integrity of game files"
Then completely uninstall Garry's Mod, After a reinstall you should verify the integrity again to make sure all files are intact and that all necessary files are there.

It should be fixed!

And it'll be fixed! Try and see if it works, if it doesn't, leave a comment!
