For this map, you NEED 4 players to complete it. There used to be a mod for BO1 that allowed you to complete this solo, but that has been taken down for some time, and I no longer have that mod. So some of these screenshots will be taken from a solo mod on BO3. The same steps still apply for both BO1 and BO3. I'm still working on all the screenshots but all steps will be written. Sorry in advance.
Map Specific Achievements
Blinded by the Fright - In Shangri-La, kill a Shrieker zombie while blinded by it.
Self explanatory, when a Shrieker screams and blinds you, kill it. Best to use a explosive weapon or Wonder Weapon for this.

Monkey See, Monkey Don't - In Shangri-La, get something from the monkeys.
When you kill a zombie and it drops a power-up, let a monkey pick it up and change the drop, but kill the monkey and grab the power-up before it gets away.

Small Consolation - In Shangri-La, use the 31-79 jGb215 on each type of zombie.
Grab the 31-79 jGb215 (Baby Gun) from the Mystery Box, and shoot it on the 3 types of zombies: normal, Shrieker, and Napalm.

Zomb Disposal - In Shangri-La, dispose of a Napalm zombie without it harming any players.
When a Napalm zombie spawns, simply kill it without having any players near it, pretty easy.

Time Travel Will Tell - In Shangri-La, acquire the focusing stone.
Complete the main Easter Egg quest.
Music Easter Egg
Unlike finding 3 teddy bears in this map, you instead have to find 3 Element 115 fragments, just like in Kino Der Toten and Call of the Dead.

The song Pareidolia written by Kevin Sherwood and sung by Elena Siegman is the song that plays.

The locations of the fragments are as follows:

  1. In the spawn room, in the back corner behind Quick Revive being partly covered by rubble.

  2. In the minecart area across from Deadshot / Double Tap, hanging on some boards above the water.

  3. Past the mud room, next to the bridge above the waterfall. It is on the ground right beside a half-wall.
Time Travel Will Tell: Step 1 - Power
Step 1 as always is to turn on the power. It doesn't matter which way you go on the map to turn on the power, but it is best that you open up the entire map as soon as possible, as there is a lot of running around to do. The power room does have 2 switches, so make sure you flip them both.

Also, get comfortable with going into Eclipse Mode, as almost all the steps in this will require you to be in Eclipse Mode. Eclipse Mode can be activated by pressing the 4 buttons in the spawn room at the same time.
Time Travel Will Tell: Step 2 - Floor Tiles
Enter Eclipse Mode

By the MPL wall buy, there will be a large structure with a statue on one of the sides. Just below the statue will be a button. Press the button and you will hear Brock & Gary talking. Once they stop talking, a series of buttons will emerge from the floor around the map.

There are 24 buttons in total, and each time you step on it, it will light up and show a symbol on it. 2 players will have to communicate to step on the tiles that have the same symbol on them. Do this until all the tiles have been pressed back into the ground, and you will here another quote from Brock & Gary. You will know the step is done properly if you exit Eclipse Mode after they're done talking. This applies to all the other steps as well.

The tiles can be found in the area to the right of the Spawn Room (by the minecart, MPL, and entrance to tunnel), and across the Mud Room and on the other side of the rope bridge that hangs above the waterfall.

After successfully pressing all the stones, you will hear another quote from Brock & Gary, talking about a Focusing Crystal rising out of the ground. The Eclipse Mode will end and you will have to wait until next round to enter it again. This applies to all other steps as well.

Time Travel Will Tell: Step 3 - Water Slide
Enter Eclipse Mode

At the end of the tunnel on the right side of the map (minecart ride side), go and have a player stand on the grate at the end of the water slide. After doing so, you will hear Brock & Gary say they are stuck between two metal gates and need a way out.

Have 3 players stand on that metal grate at the bottom of the slide, and send the 4th player to the top of the slide. The top of the slide is adjacent to the mud room (to the left of the mud room when looking at it from spawn). When the 4th player goes down the slide, hold your USE key along the right side when going down to pull a hidden lever. When at the bottom of the slide, wait a couple seconds for the pressure plate to activate. Wait a few moments and you will hear Brock & Gary speak again after being freed.

Time Travel Will Tell: Step 4 - Water Slide Crystal
Enter Eclipse Mode

Head to the top of the slide again. For this step, you will need the 31-79 JGb215 (Baby Gun) and either the Ray Gun or an explosive weapon. Shoot the crystal in the side of the rock at the top of the slide with the Ray Gun or explosive weapon. Then shoot it with the 31-79 JGb215 and knife it. Follow it around the map like the step with the Vrill Sphere in Moon, until it lands on the geyser next to the slide step. Step into the geyser with the crystal and launch up with it so it lands on a podium above the geyser.
Time Travel Will Tell: Step 5 - Gas Pipes
Enter Eclipse Mode

This step will require some luck for a Napalm Zombie to spawn. But first, head to the tunnel next to the MPL wall buy near the tile step. In the little outcropping with the destroyed rubble, Brock & Gary will say they're stuck again. Go the valve on the right side of it and turn it 4 times. This will cause gas vapors to leak from 4 pipes overhead.

Now for the tricky part. Once a Napalm Zombie spawns, you will have to lead from the beginning of that tunnel all the way to the Power Room. Doing so will cause the Napalm Zombie to light the gas leaking from the pipes. Make sure the Napalm Zombie doesn't blow up or you will have to restart. Once all 4 pipes are on fire, flip the lever next to the valve and Brock & Gary will speak again after they're freed. Then you can kill the Napalm Zombie.

Time Travel Will Tell: Step 6 - Spikemores
Enter Eclipse Mode

Head to the tunnel that leads to the bottom of the waterfall (The one on the backside, not the one that goes to the Power Room). On the wall, you may notice 4 holes in the wall. You will need to buy some Spikemores and set up them infront of the holes, and set them off to plug the holes. I found it easiest to just train a bunch of zombies and lead them through the tunnel. Once all 4 holes are filled with Spikemores, go to the button at the bottom of the waterfull and flush it.

Time Travel Will Tell: Step 7 - Wall Panels & Snare Trap
Enter Eclipse Mode

Around the map there are 12 panels on the walls of the map. You will have to knife them to activate them, and the order / sequence does not matter. There are 5 in the spawn room, 2 in the mud room, 2 in the Stakeout room, 2 by the minecart, and 1 to the left of the power switch.

Once all 12 panels are knifed and activated, head to the top of the minecart ride and throw an explosive at the snare trap outside the map. It can destroyed with a frag, Semtex, or Monkey Bomb.

Time Travel Will Tell: Step 8 - Mud Room Dials
Enter Eclipse Mode

DISCLAIMER
For this step, you HAVE to interact with one of the radios or you literally can't do the step. Why? Who f*cking knows. After blowing up the snare trap with your grenade, the radio can be found on a bench to the right of the window at the top of the minecart ride. After interacting with it and your character speaks, then you can do the step properly. Another radio will have to be interacted with at the bottom of the Pack-a-Punch stairs on the left side before doing the gong step. You do not have to be in Eclipse Mode to interact with the radios.

Trust me, it will save you a lot of time and a big headache.

Head to the mud room. You have probably noticed the 4 giant dials on each of the walls in there. You will have to spin them so the correct number is at the top of each dial: 16, 1, 3, 4.

To make it a lot easier, here's the proper symbols for each number:

1 - 1 dot.
3 - 3 dots.
4 - 4 dots.
16 - A "C", a vertical line, and a dot.

Time Travel Will Tell: Step 9 - Gongs & Dynamite
Enter Eclipse Mode

For this step you will need a Pack-a-Punched 31-79 JGb215, so I hope you held onto it from earlier. Around the map there are 8 gongs, and you will have to knife 4 of the correct ones in order. The correct gongs are randomized every game but can easily be found by knifing them and listening to what your character says.

There is 1 at the end of the rope bridge, 3 by the mud room, 1 in spawn, 2 near the MPL wall buy by the small temple, and 1 at the top of the geyser by the minecart.

If an incorrect gong, your character will say something like "That sounds horrible," or something along those lines. Also, the Focusing Crystal above the mud room will glow red if incorrect. If the correct one, your character will say a positive quote about the sound.

Once your team finds all 4 of the gongs, knife all 4 of the correct ones. A Treyarch symbol will appear on the Focusing Crystal above the geyser from the waterslide step. Have a player stand below the crystal ready to catch a piece of the dynamite. Whoever has The Fractilizer, shoot the crystal to make the dynamite fall. You will have to hold your USE to catch the dynamite. It can be kind of tricky to catch it as the dynamite moves backwards as it falls.

If you miss the dynamite, you will unfortunately have to repeat the whole step.
Time Travel Will Tell: Step 10 - Dynamite Pt. 2 & Meteorite
Enter Eclipse Mode

Very easy step. With The Fractilizer, shoot the Focusing Crystal that is above the mud room. This will cause an orb of energy to bounce around all the crystals and once done, it will shrink the giant Element 115 meteorite that is above the Pack-a-Punch machine.

Activate Pack-a-Punch by stepping on all 4 slabs around the map, and head up to it. You will notice that the Pack-a-Punch machine is no longer there, and you will hear Brock & Gary behind the wall saying they are stuck one last time. Whoever has the sticks of dynamite, place the dynamite and run back down as you no longer need to be in Eclipse Mode.
Time Travel Will Tell: Step 11 - The Focusing Stone
In the present, activate Pack-a-Punch one more time. Run up the stairs you will notice that the wall is now blown up and an altar is behind it with the Focusing Stone. Grab the Focusing Stone and you're done! If you really a "canon" ending, have Richtofen grab the Focusing Stone as he already has the Vrill Device from Call of the Dead.

Whoever grabs the Focusing Stone will then have all perks! I can't remember if the perks are permanent (most likely not because Black Ops 1), but you can actually repeat the Easter Egg as many times as you want! This is due to the weird storyline of Zombies and Brock & Gary being stuck in a permanent time loop in Shangri-La.

Congratulations! You've completed the Shangri-La Easter Egg! Now go play Moon and finish Richtofen's master plan!
