tac axe mark 2:
special attack 1 (SA1) goes into first set (0.5s) or SA2 (0.65s).
SA2 goes into second set (0.4s) or SA1 (0.5s)
Both have instant block cancel.
tac axe mark 4:
SA1 goes into second set (0.35s) or SA2 (0.45s) with a block cancel of 0.83s
SA2 goes into second set too (0.35s), or SA3 (0.35s) with a block cancel of 0.83s
SA3 goes into first set (0.5s) or SA1 (0.9s) but has a block cancel of 0s
tac axe mark 7:
SA 1 goes into third set (0.5s) or SA2 (0.5s)
SA 2 goes into second set (0.5s) or SA1 (0.75s)
Both have instant block cancel
I saw that you didn't include anything about tactical-axe special attack chains yet.
Both the MK II and MK VII get a 2 hit special attack chain, and the MK IV gets a 3 hit special attack chain. I have observed that several attacks in all of these special-chains are capable of hit-cancelling into or from another swing, so I was hoping you knew the best way to weave these into an attack chain. Oh well.
