after u spawn take the axe in the plane and run to the beach

step 2

after u had arrived at the beach take the axe and beat the turtle

step 3

if he get back in the shell wait ( dont blow the turtle with dinamite )

step 4

after u wait for ages the turlte exit from the shell

step 5

beat the turlte and take the meat and the shell from that

step 6

easy way, step one grab sticks outside of plane, step two make a spear step three find turtle at beach. step 4 throw spear insta killing turtle
