Kaer Seren (Base in Shem)

Kaer Seren, a tech hunter base located in Shem but mostly yours (or it could be)
hydroponics, training, crafting, you can do pretty much everything here.
No NPCs except for the two bars (with shopkeep and mercs, occasional recruits) and guards, so you don't have to worry about them not letting you use the equipments or loot stuff.
A central Outpost IV is yours by default, and you can purchase the other empty buildings.

(I tried to make this base to player faction, unfortunately the interiors doesn't seem to load when I do that, would be nice if anyone can teach me how to make that work)
