Simple slavery mod for EK 2 (abandoned)

Version for those who don't use Unbound. Only use this one if you don't use Unbound since otherwise the game breaks

Load order is below Elder Kings 2

Adds selling lowborns as slaves as an interaction which gives you 5-15 gold.
Sold slaves are permanently removed from the game.
When the religion is set to allow slavery you get a modifier of +25% taxes from different religion counties
If slavery is disallowed it gives +10 popular opinion in counties. If shunned you pay 100 piety for each slave sold but get no different religion tax modifier.
