How to find the hat in the game (Hidden achievement)

Location of Hat

The hat you can find at the end of map in Worm Land. On top where you go down to the Eye Section.
To reach the hat you have to jump on top of the platform (the place where you have to jump over the abyss and where all the birds are. The platform looks like that):

Then you have to use the path with the invisible platforms. They appear when you jump on the right spot. Every invisible platform has the same offset (see previous Screenshot):

At the end of the path you find the hat:
