How to change ping color in Warzone 2.0?
  • Launch COD Warzone 2 and enter the main screen.
  • Next, click Settings and go to the Interface tab.
  • From there, navigate to the Color Adjustment option and click on it.
  • With this, you need to click on Neutral and change it to any color of your choice.
  • The default color will be white,
and it can be changed to any other color on the panel.
  • This will change your ping color in Warzone 2.
We recommend that you choose a color that will be noticeable even in brighter areas. This eliminates the possibility that information will be missed in the game. In addition to changing the color of the ping in Warzone 2.0, you can also change the color of the group, team,
enemy, yourself, etc. in this game.

That's all you need to do to change the ping color in Warzone 2. If you found this article helpful, be sure to check out our other COD Warzone 2.0 guides.

How to Access and Change the Ping System
From the main menu (where players can play COD: Modern Warfare 2 Multiplayer, DMZ, and Warzone 2), players must navigate to the settings menu (first image; left). Once in the settings menu, players must select Interface (first image; right), which will take them to another screen.
From the Interface menu, select the Color Adjustment option (second image from left). In this new menu, find the UI Colors section (second image; right).
In the UI Colors section, players can change the HUD color palette, team color icon, party color icon, enemy color icon, etc. To change the ping color,
players must choose the neutral option. Generally, players want to choose a bright color (red or orange) and make sure it doesn't look like other minimap icons. While in this menu, players can take some time for additional quick settings as it can improve the overall gaming experience.

Why does changing the ping color matter?
Changing the ping color in Warzone 2 may seem like a minimal gameplay improvement at first, but it can actually make a difference in whether a player wins or loses a gunfight. For example, a bright and easily visible color of the ping will help the player (and the squad) to determine the approach of danger, especially at moments
when players are unable to communicate thanks to the new Proximity Chat system. In addition, the default ping color blends into the Al Mazrah map, resulting in confusion during intense firefights or when moving to points of interest, black spots, and strongholds. A prominent ping color will help players avoid this problem.
