Danubian Federation

Adds a formable Danubian Federation tag for Austria, similar to the one from Victoria 2 PDM.

Austria must have completed The Matter of Hungary, have at least Wealth Voting, and researched pan-nationalism and egalitarianism for the journal entry to fire. If you decline to form it from the journal entry, a decision will be available for you to take as long as you meet the requirements.

Like in Vic2 PDM, forming the Federation is a process. It will fire several events over the course of six months that give you the option to add several accepted cultures, claim Silesia, and possibly annex Romanian subjects and Krakow. Adding cultures will add loyalists within those cultures while adding a small amount of South German radicals.

Danubian Federation is capable of forming Germany, but doing so automatically removes the new primary cultures. Accordingly, an event will fire causing a large amount of radicals in Danubian cultures if a puppet/personal union of Danubia is not released.

If the AI happens to achieve the requirements to form Danubian Federation, they will generally not do so unless Germany has been formed, or if trade unions and/or a Republican government are in power.

Every government type has a different flag.

The full requirements to form are:

• ownership of some Hungarian land
  
• ownership of at least four different Danubian culture states in addition
  
• a minimum election law of Wealth Voting
  
• a minimum citizenship law of Racial Segregation
  
• having researched Pan-Nationalism and Egalitarianism

The formation events give you the options to:

• add Czech primary culture (required)
  
• add Czech homeland to Silesia (giving a 25% infamy discount for you to conquer)
  
• add Romanian primary culture and annex Romanian states if they are subjects
  
• add Ukrainian or Polish culture or both
  
• annex Krakow (if Polish culture is added)
  
• add Croat culture
