Golden chest items (item pool)

This guide will help you with understanding the items in a golden chest.Since each dlc adds / removes items.

Rebirth passive items

𝗥𝗘𝗕𝗜𝗥𝗧𝗛 :
These are the items that were avalible in rebirth to afterith + , and in 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 removed from the golden chest item pool .
5.100.188 Abel Spawns a familiar that mirrors Isaac's movements and shoots towards him.
5.100.273 Bob's brain Spawns a familiar that charges forward when shooting tears and explodes upon contact with an enemy, damaging and poisoning them. The familiar respawns after a few seconds.
5.100.4 Cricket's head Increases Damage by 0.5, and increases damage multiplier by x1.5.
5.100.215 Goat head A Devil Room Devil Room / Angel Room Angel Room will always spawn after every boss fight, excluding the first floor and floors after Chapter 4.
5.100.242 Infamy Gives Isaac a 50% chance to block projectiles coming from any direction.

Afterbirth passive items

𝗔𝗙𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗕𝗜𝗥𝗧𝗛:
These are items addded to the 𝗥𝗘𝗕𝗜𝗥𝗧𝗛 pool in the 𝗔𝗙𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗕𝗜𝗥𝗧𝗛 expansion , and in 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 removed from the golden chest item pool .

5.100.361 Fate's reward (Unlock method Defeat Hush as ??? ???) A blue head familiar that will follow Isaac and fire tears copying his tear effects and damage.
5.100.429 Head of the Keeper Isaac's tears become coins and now have a chance to drop Pennies on the floor upon successfully hitting an enemy.
5.100.50 Steven Increases damage by 1.

Afterbith+ passive items

𝗔𝗙𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗕𝗜𝗥𝗧𝗛+:
These are items addded to the 𝗥𝗘𝗕𝗜𝗥𝗧𝗛 and 𝗔𝗙𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗕𝗜𝗥𝗧𝗛 pool in the 𝗔𝗙𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗕𝗜𝗥𝗧𝗛+ expansion , and in 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 removed from the golden chest item pool .

5.100.119 Blood bag (Unlock method Use the Blood Donation Machine.png Blood Donation Machine 30 times) Grants one filled Red Heart container, restores 4 Red Hearts, and increases speed by 0.3.
5.100.131 Bomb bag ( Unlock method Defeat Satan as Cain ) Spawns a familiar that drops a Bomb every 3 rooms.
5.100.252 Little Baggy Isaac can hold 2 pills at once and all cards and runes are replaced by pills.
5.100.271 Mystery Sack (Unlock method Defeat The Lamb as Eden) Spawns a familiar that drops a Heart, coin, Bomb, or Key every 5-6 rooms.
5.100.389 Rune bag (Unlock method Defeat Isaac as Lilith) Spawns a familiar that drops a random rune after clearing enough rooms.
5.100.94 Sack of Pennies (Unlock method Defeat Isaac as Cain)
5.100.500 Sack of Sacks (Unlock method Defeat Ultra Greedier as Cain) Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and drops a Grab Bag Grab Bag alternatingly every 5 or 6 rooms. (In Repentance 7 or 8 rooms).

5.100.28 The belt Increases speed by 0.3.

5.100.438 Binky Grants one Soul Heart , +0.75 tears and decreases Isaac's size.

5.100.644 Constolation prize Increases Isaac's lowest stat and drops either 3 Penny , 1 Bomb , or 1 Key depending on what Isaac has the least of.

5.100.354 Crack Jacks Grants one full Red Heart container and drops a random trinket.

5.100.455 Dad's Lost Coin (Unlock method Defeat Ultra Greedier as The Lost) +2.5 range. Drops a Lucky Penny.

5.100.730 Glass eye +0.75 damage, +1 luck.

5.100.343 Latch key Grants 1 Soul Heart and +1 luck. Spawns 2 Keys.

5.100.194 Magic 8 ball +0.16 shot speed, spawns a random tarot card.In Repentance Increases the chance of finding a Planetarium Planetarium.

5.100.344 Match book Grants Isaac one Black Heart, spawns two or three Bombs.

5.100.456 Midnight snack Grants one full Red Heart container. in Repentance Heals 1 additional Red Heart .

5.100.355 Mom's pearls +2.5 range, +1 luck. Grants one Soul Heart.

5.100.732 Mom's ring +1 Damage. Drops a random Rune or Soul Stone upon pickup.

5.100.29 Mom's underwear +2.5 range. Spawns 3-6 Blue Flies on pickup.

5.100.370 Mr.Dolly +0.7 tears, +2.5 range, spawns 3 random types of Red Heart Hearts on the floor when picked up.

5.100.74 A quarter Gives Isaac 25 coins.

5.100.255 Screw +0.5 tears, +0.2 shot speed.

5.100.196 Squeezy Increases tears by 0.4, spawns 2 Soul Hearts.

5.100.708 Stapler +1 Damage. Prevents Isaac from firing tears from his left eye, like Cain.

5.100.341 Torn photo +0.7 tears, +0.16 shot speed.

5.100.32 Wire Coat Hanger Increases tears by 0.7.

5.100.428 PJs Grants 4 Soul Hearts and fully restores Isaac's health.

5.100.534 Schoolbag (Unlock methodEnter every Shop Shop from Chapter 1 through Chapter 3 in one run) Allows Isaac to hold two active items.

5.100.444 Lead Pencil After every 15 tears fired, Isaac will fire a high-damage cluster of tears.

5.100.571 Orphan Socks Prevents creep and floor spikes from damaging Isaac. Also gives Isaac +0.3 speed and 2 Soul Hearts.
