This adds Ancient Tesseract technology to the game.

The Tesseract are energy beings from the galactic center.

+ Adds the Tesseract Singularity Cannon.
-- Roof mounted turret.
-- The room is a 4 by 4 square.
-- One shot consumes 1 battery and 4 ammo.
-- There is cargo space for 4 stacks of ammo.
-- There are mounts to connect 4 batteries.
-- Shoots a short lived micro singularity.
---- Long Range of 325 with a speed of 200.
---- Does massive damage with superior penetration.
---- Easily defeated by Point Defenses or Flak guns.
-- Requirements to build:
80 Steel
40 Hyper-Coils
60 Tri-Steel
12 Processors
8 Diamonds
-- Blueprint costs 175,000 credits (before discounts) from the station's dark web.
