The Annoying Dog from Undertale / Deltarune joins the battle!

The Annoying Dog is fast, with many spammable attacks. Most attacks feature the dog using things associate with him in Undertale and Deltarune.

Side Strong : Bulldozer
The Annoying Dog uses the extra tall bulldozer seen in the intro to the XBOX version's Dog Casino. It has a higher range than even up strong, though it has much less strength higher up.

Neutral Special : Amalgamate Arrow
The Annoying Dog's face melts into a hole, and backwards arrows begin flying out. They deal light damage and travel a short distance.

Side Special : Toy Car
The Annoying Dog jumps into his car from Deltarune. On the ground, the car races forward with high speed, dragging opponents with it. The car's direction can be reversed, which knocks back opponents further. One jump can be used while in the car, but jumping while it is in the air will cancel the move. The car can only be used once in the air.

Up Special : Dog Rocket
The Annoying Dog tucks in his legs, then rockets upwards. The horizontal direction can be controlled slightly. It goes very high, but not very far horizontally.

Down Special : Residue Statue
The Annoying Dog turns into a statue made of dog residue, then turns back. If hit during this time, the statue will fall apart, and the Annoying Dog dashes away. It deals low damage, but can be used to escape dangerous situations.

Ultra : The Legendary Artifact
The Legendary Artifact appears before the Annoying Dog, who then absorbs it. He then gains immense power, and can fly around the screen. After about three seconds, or once the attack button is pressed, the artifact's energy will explode out from the Annoying Dog, damaging opponents.
