Description

A modest sized, yet cosy home set amongst the cold wilderness North East of Windhelm

Requires Hearthfire and Dragonborn

Cleaned with TES5EDIT

This home has previously been a Nexus Mods exclusive, as such is longer updated and in a fully functional and finalised state. Please do not request any changes.

None of my house mods use any scripts or require any other mod authors files, this ensures zero conflicts apart from the houses locations which may be used by another mod are present. If someone chooses to remove the mod mid game they can be safe inthe knowledge that no ophaned scripts are calling on assets no longer present, causing crashing to desktop. Many people ask for versions which include options for Hearthfires adoption system, this requires making many scripts as well as using and making it compatible with another authors mod which handles adoptions for non hearthfire homes, In short that is not in the spirit of my mods and not something I would consider making.

So spacious without being a mall, and beautiful inside and out. Fine mod, perfect for the Dovahkiin needing a Northern Skyrim estate. Thanks!

really nice but can children live there? how do you get your spouse and kids to move in? It needs a stable with auto parking for the horse and a bath that undresses any who use it.

hey i have used this mod since it came out and i was wondering if you were going to update it to the new skyrim special edition as my game experience would not be the same without it :)

This mod is very nicely done. It has nice detail to the home, a beautiful exterior and interior and named storage. However, I think the "Armoury" is empty at some spots where I would like more mannequins I just have to many sets of unique gear that I would like to show off.

I love this mod, especially all the different storage spaces, but I have two requests in case you're still working on this: a stable, my horse is just standing outside the gate like it doesn't know where to go ;) and a space to store all the other things that don't fall into one of the categories used for the other storages
