This home has previously been a Nexus Mods exclusive, as such is longer updated and in a fully functional and finalised state. Please do not request any changes.

None of my house mods use any scripts or require any other mod authors files, this ensures zero conflicts apart from the houses locations which may be used by another mod are present. If someone chooses to remove the mod mid game they can be safe inthe knowledge that no ophaned scripts are calling on assets no longer present, causing crashing to desktop. Many people ask for versions which include options for Hearthfires adoption system, this requires making many scripts as well as using and making it compatible with another authors mod which handles adoptions for non hearthfire homes, In short that is not in the spirit of my mods and not something I would consider making.
