Foundation App

Starting with our platform, on which mods are mounted, "SA2 Mod Loader".

The tool helps with a hussle of backuping files, overwriting stuff and configuring mods.
Has a tab to enable cheats (radar unlock (locked to 1 shard by default) for example). And an options tab, where you can choose voice/text languages and activate one-click download from gamebanana.

App requires several MVS C++ redistributables, DirectX and .Net Framework Runtime.

Heads up to anyone using this guide, don't!
It's outdated!

First off, use SA Mod Manager, not SA2 Mod Manager, as it supports both SA games, is cleaner, and has more features.

Second off, a few obsolete mods are on this list, like Eggman Lighting Fix, as it's now implemented in SA2 Render Fix, I believe.

Third off, there are new mods out that fix more things, like SA2 Input Controls.

In conclusion, thank you for your service, but this advice is now outdated. I recommend finding a more up to date guide.

the cheesy rap of the knuckles tracks embody SA2 this is like. the least dreamcast purist change to ever be recommended. introducing more people to SECW is sick tho so props for that
