The ingredients he's using are the first column on the left. The ingredients listed in a row on the right are ingredients the recipe permits.
Most of your guide is very well written. One sentence, though, has a couple of errors. I'm mentioning it in case you'd like to fix them:
"Throughout their life, your apparatuses will naturally sustain damages from constant exposition to heat, alcoholic products, and harsh environmental conditions."
- "damages" should be "damage" as that is already plural. The word "damages" is only used in the finance industry.
- "exposition" should be "exposure"
