I noticed an unusual ingredient that is never used in any recipes provided with this simulation:
“Brewer’s Caramel” (AKA “Burnt Caramel”). It is interesting because it has zero impact on any of the flavor parameters in the game's database. It has an impact of 15,000 SRM! Clearly this is not the typical “Burnt Caramel” used by IRL Brewers for both flavor and color. Most likely this is actually (IRL) Sinamar®: The All-Natural Liquid Malt Coloring made by Weyermann® see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YHgQBGnYBpM&t=112s for details on this IRL additive.
