How to use SSJ4 Goku & Vegeta - More Costumes! Mod Pack

Started by searching SSJ4 mods. Now I have a lot more than I expected.

Remember that the character select screen is misleading regarding the cel shading or whatever the outline thing is. It doesn't show up correctly with modded models, but it does look normal in regular gameplay.

Here are some pictures I took playing around with recolors and costumes, before I gave up trying to have some lore consistency, lol.

By the way, the "Goku SSJ5" aka Tablos[gamebanana.com], isn't included in the modlist. It replaces Goku (Ultra Instinct) in all the costume slots (so you can only use him), so that's why he's free for you to try out on your own here. He's fun. Just do the 1-click install with Unverum and he'll be enabled.

Pre-requisites

You will need:

• Unverum
  Essential for costumes/recolors and character organization.
  
• FighterZ mod manager
  Used to patch the .exe file in order for the costume mods to work.
  
• The modpack
  I hope you like it

Installation

1. Get FighterZ mod manager[github.com].
- Open it, go to the second tab "options" and choose "Patch Exe," and select the game's .exe file, on:
steam\steamapps\common\DRAGON BALL FighterZ\DBFighterZ.exe

2. Download the costume modpack[drive.google.com].
- Don't extract it yet brother

3. Get Unverum[gamebanana.com]
- Extract it somewhere you will remember.
- Open the exe. Now on the top right, click "Add Mods" > "Open Mods" Folder.
- Here is where you will extract all of the files inside the "Dragon Ball FighterZ.zip" you just downloaded.
- Now click on the "Setup" button, and after it finishes, click on "Launch".

How to select costumes

In the character select screen, you have to hold down a button (like the Super Dash button) and then choose the character.
Following here is the list of which costume slot is associated to what button:

Luckily you don't have to remember all of this. You can just brute-force try out all the 4 slots in every character you see and that'll be easier. Below is just the list for you to know what's inside.

This modpack also replaces some recolors to some characters. They're mostly composed of throwbacks to other characters or other versions of themselves. It would be very hard for me to list them all here, but I'll list the characters that had their recolor mods.

It also contains the "Accurate Destructive Finishes[gamebanana.com]," which is way too good and immersive for you to pass now that we're downloading mods together. Totally recommend.

Interesting FAQ

Q: Can I get banned?
A: No, they're just local cosmetics

Q: There are many more costume mods, why didn't you pick them too?
A: The goal of this modpack was to get as much high quality, lore consistent costumes. However, there's a huge portion of costume/skin mods that completely replace the model instead of adding it to a single slot.

There are only 5 slots.
Some mods can choose the same slot and they become incompatible.
Some mods are strange in a way that can end up breaking the textures of another costume. Prime example is the Gohan (Adult) Saiyaman costume. It breaks the rest of the costumes I added for some reason.

If you go to the modpack you have to request access to it, so the download is sorta inconvenient. Do you intend to change that or...? I mean I requested access regardless because you got a few mods I think that I'd want.
