How to get Chel's last upgrade

Quick explanation on how to get Chel's last upgrade.

How to activate

Her upgrade is actually a collection quest!

You have to go to the scrapyard-keeper in the scrapyard at the beginning of the game, once you've advanced a bit into the story (the actual trigger is unknown to me). He will then tell you to look out for "Mega Scrap". Find three and he'll give you Chel's final upgrade.

Mega Scrap Locations

The first one can be found in Hogstowne, in the top right corner.

The second one can be found in a tent at the Hogstowne Checkpoint, where you get your third companion.

The third one can be found in Kovel, at the top of the map.

I honestly didn't want to do this until two Mega Scraps were back to back, zone to zone. But that last one? Man............................................................ Yeah it's random af.

It is seemingly random,
Whenever you enter the map it makes a noise

Ifound them at
1. Hogstown, top of the map
2. Cultist church
3. Tent in higstown gate

Mine were 1) in the scrapyard, 2) on the path between Greenspring and the monastery, and 3) Just south of Silvington Base. I got pinging noises when I entered a region containing one of them, which I think may be a new feature as of the Nov 16 update.

Oh no! @ean5533 Can you tell me the locations? Hopefully it's a fixed set.

I found them in completely different locations. Either a recent update changed them, or they're random.
