A Castle Full Of Cats : Achievements clues & hints

Like most of my guides upon the same name, I offer an alternative solution to walkthrough and complete maps.
If you likes to find things on your own and just need bonus clues to get all the achievements, the kittens and the items, this guide is for you !

Reusable Items

Those are the items that you can use during the game. Their purpose is to help you go through it, they all give you the associated achievement.

Map
A map of the castle.
You can find it in the Main Hall.

Cristal Ball
Allow you to find a single cat.
You can find it in the Castle Area.

Hidden Map
Add Secret Passages to the map.
You can find it in the Bedroom area.

Cristal Ball Upgrade
Add a timer to the Crystal Ball so it can recharge.
You can find it in Safe Room.

Cathulhu's Tentacle
Allow you to Teleport between rooms.
You can find it in the Sewers by freeing Cathulhu.

Special Items

Those items are meant to be used once, either to access to a new area or allow you to find special items.

Key n°1
You can find it in the Dungeons.
Can be used in the Dungeon Cell 3 to access to the Arcade Poster.

Key n°2
You can find it in the Dungeon Cell 1.
Can be used in the Dungeon Cell 3 to access to the Arcade Poster.

Key n°3
You can find it in the Cemetary.
Can be used in the Dungeon Cell 3 to access to the Arcade Poster.

Key n°4
You can find it in the Mirror Passage.
Can be used in the Dungeon Cell 3 to access to the Arcade Poster.

Cemetary Key
You can find it in the Laboratory.
Can be used in the Castle to access to the Cemetary.

Cathulhu Key
You can find it in the Library.
Can be used in the Sewer to free Cathulhu.

Chest Key
You can find it in the Underground Corridor, given to you by Judy.
Can be used in the Pantry to open the Snacks Chest.

Snacks bag
You can find it in the Pantry by opening the Snacks Chest.
Can be used in the Underground Path to access to the Sewer.

Pink Star
You can find it in the Pantry.
Can be used in the Library.

Eyeballs
You can find it in the Bedroom.
Can be used in the Safe Room to open the Skull Chest.

Secret Path
You can find it in the Cemetary.
Can be used in the Cemetary to access to the Underground Corridor.

Locations

The Six Kittens

When you reach the Backyard, Horus tells you about the circumstances of black cats adoption and asks you to find the six kittens which ran away as the spell was launched. It is now your duty to find them all

You can find it in the Dungeons.

You can find it in the Underground Corridor.





Kitten n°4
You can find it in the Mirror Passage.





Kitten n°5
You can find it in the Library.

Hidden Cats (Spoiler)

Some cats are well hidden on each map. If you don't want to use your Crystal Ball (there is no achievement related to not using it), here are the location of those hidden cats.
The spoiler tag doesn't work properly so until I find a solution, please cruise this section only if you're searching a specific cat and cannot find it.

Conclusion

I began to do that sort of guides as I was frustrated playing Hidden Object games and having the choice between looking like mad on a map I already spent 30mn in or being given the exact location.
While playing Unpacking, it came to me that I could offer to others the possibility that I haven't been given and that's how those guides came to be.
I currently have 2 other guides WIP which have not been published, this one having been given priority due to me buying it at release (who wouldn't support Devcats ♥ !). I may finish the two others at some point, but I'm glad I'm done with this one.
As a final word, I made a cool gif of Fofiño during the final battle. ENJOY !
