I have a class lookup that helps find abilities that each class can use, but i haven't figured out how to implement it since users can't modify any cells.
Quick idea: Add one more column in the matrix tab and state what gets applied by the active abilities like bleed, fragility etc. to help players to plan builds around specific effects. If people want to know the details they can look that up in the active ability tab that you already provided.
Btw... the conditional formatting you used to auto-color the matrix cells you can use as well to color the 1's with the same color. Makes it even more slick :-)
Wonderful spreadsheet.
