Introduction

Hello and thank you for clicking this guide! This is a long guide on how you can realistically help humans in people playground, without the use of the life syringe. This is a complicated guide so please pay attention and again thank you for reading this!

Tech available

There are a lot of machines that can help you save your human.

All machines:
Cardiopulmonary Bypass Machine

This is the machine that will keep oxygenating blood in your human's heart system. It can be turned on by activating it and then connecting it using a blood vessel wire to the chest of the human. Then it will do the hearts function.

THIS WONT HELP WITH HEART ARREST. THIS JUST CONTINUES RHYTHM OF THE HEART!

Defibrillator

This is the machine that will restart the human's heart. It sends a electrical pulse so the heart starts again. The machine won't work if the heart's integrity is 0%.

Heart Rate Monitor

This is the machine that will check the human's heart rate. The slower the beep sounds are, the more the heart rate is falling. If the beep is more then a second then the heart of the human has stopped.

Syringes

There are multiple syringes in the game. I will show you the ones that you will mostly need.


Coagulation Syringe

The coagulation syringe is used to stop bleeding.

Mending Syringe

The mending syringe is used to fix the integrity of body parts


Knockout Syringe

The knockout syringe is used to make the human unconscious. This can help with stopping the movement of a human.

Adrenaline Syringe

The adrenaline syringe is used to wake a person from a unconscious state.

First Aid

We are actually getting to helping your human! I will show you the steps you need to take to help your human fast and efficiently.

STEPS:
1.Extinguish the human from fire (ONLY DO IF HUMAN IS ON FIRE)
To do this grab the extinguisher and extinguish for 10-15 seconds at best.
2.Help with any bleeding
To help with the bleeding you can use bandages, or use the coagulation syringe which is more easy to use. Also you can heat up a metal rod or something that won't catch on fire and press it against the wound (Thank you for pointing it out lordjakob!)
3. Check heart rate.
Check the human's heart rate. If its 0 or falling, it means his heart probably stopped. If this happened immediately administer the mending syringe and use the defibrillator to restart the heart. If you don't use the mending syringe, then the heart may not restart.
4. Check for broken bones.
If there are any broken bones, fix them by the right click menu.

Conditions/Symptoms/Diagnosis

This is the page where I will talk about the symptoms a human can have.

EMERGENCY CASES:
1. Brain Injury(NOT REPAIRABLE): Weird spasms, seizure and blood coming from the head.
2. Cardiac arrest: Unconsciousness, Lowering BP and heart rate.
3. Punctured Lungs: Panic, lowering oxygen levels and increased adrenaline.
4. Brain-dead(NOT REPAIRABLE): Unconsciousness, consciousness bar stays the same, after the use of the defibrillator the heart doesn't restart, Vegetative state(Coma). (P.S. I know there is a way to fix it, but using nitrum from a nuke is unrealistic)
5. Blood loss: Open Wound, BP falling and loss of consciousness.

NON-EMERGENCY CASES:
1. Broken bone: Inability to move limb.
2. Head hit(not to be confused with brain injury): Head was hit hard, not pierced or shot, unconsciousness

Example Cases

So here I will show you some cases and you have to guess what the human has.

CASE 1:

Injuries:Chest was shot by a pistol.
Symptoms: Heart rate is getting lower and lower, unconsciousness.

Answer:The human is experiencing a cardiac arrest. To treat him, we need to administer a coagulation and mending syringe, then use defibrillator to restart his heart back.

CASE 2:

Injuries: Brain and heart pierced with a sword.
Symptoms: Unconsciousness, heart isn't restarting when defibrillator is used.

Answer:The human has the condition brain-dead. He can't be conscious again, but he can live if a bypass machine is connected.
