Awards (Blueprint: Neolithic Statue), and gives the Hidden Achievement: Paranormal Investigator.

"A Ghostly Encounter" Quest

In dot points, here is how to obtain and complete the Quest "A Ghostly Encounter", which rewards the Hidden Achievement "Paranormal Investigator" and gives "Blueprint: Neolithic Statue".

1. Have caught the Emerald Valley Devil (Near Main Storyline end there's a quest to do so)
2. Finished the Main Storyline.
3. Talk to Matteo, ask "Spare Wood?"
4. A new option will appear then where it was, asking about Elderwood.
5. He'll tell you there's rumours of Ghosts there, and you'll get the quest to investigate.
6. To find the "Ghost", head to the position marked on the map, in the small glade in Elderwood - it should be a cemetery.

Hint: If your path is obstructed by thickets, you can either a) mark (3) Thickets, rest, then come back and remove the (1) thicket needed, or simply b) find another route, as there are several ways you can enter the cemtery.

7. Upon reaching the cemetery, you'll find out the "Ghost" is actually a white horse. Upon approaching it, the horse will flee.
8. The quest will then urge you to rest at the Estate - do so.
9. After resting, return to the cemetery once more.
10. The horse should be there again - this time you will be able to tame it. Approach it, staying crouched, and face it head on, then use the "Tame" prompt.
11. Follow the taming quick-time event mini-game prompts, and successfully catch the horse.

I also have this issue... it's really bothersome.

Unfortunately, I tamed him as soon as I saw him.. so I can't complete the quest now. He still appears again, but the quest no longer works. Now I have to start a new game...

I only got the quest after asking him about the wood twice in a row so the question was crossed out.

I got him way early on in the game, but I'm at the end of the game in my second save, and I haven't gotten the prompt for the quest, rip

when i did this quest and asked for spare wood i did not get an option but i just went to the cemetery and the horse was there and i was able to finish the quest.

I am having the same issue as others, I ask about the wood and no option appears in its place

may not be a great horse, but i'm keeping him lol

I have the same issue, where I can ask him where the wood is, and all he does is tell me the location of wood. I am done with the main quest etc, and it worked on another save I have so I am really a bit lost as to why it isn't working, in case anyone knows

I found this guide for my first playtrhough and then it worked just fine

@Nigolasy, I have looked into the matter and also emailed them. It's absolutely appalling they would take content word for word like that. I've asked them to take the appropriate actions to make amends. Thank you kindly for bringing this to my attention !

I have already emailed them, as they stole mine too and asked them to delete it. You should do that too based on copyright law.
