keep in mind these commands are case sensitive.
First you want to increase their maximum experience cap to the maximum of 200 using
add_attrib (Diggle Number) atr_ExpMax 2
replace (Diggle Number) with your diggles target number, you can get this number buy selecting your diggle and telling them to do something like pickup a rock. then open the console and look for the last message where it says "event pickup target X" where X would be the number of your diggle. this could be a single digit or even 4 digits long. for example. when i started a new game and used this command the diggle i selected was number 4. so the command was add_attrib 4 atr_ExpMax 2
and when i loaded an old game on the second level. the diggles number was 7845. so the command would be add_attrib 7845 atr_ExpMax 2
