If you want patch the game by yourself, download the zip file, use DeltaPatcher apply the patch to the game(P5R.exe), don't forget place DXVK/DXVK-Async (x64 > dxgi.dll & d3d11.dll) to game folder.

You cannot use DXVK 2.0 on Windows 7. Version 1.10.3 is the cutoff. Potentially you may need to use an even older version by checking your hardware specific Vulkan Driver.

Also, VxKex doesn't appear to work for me, i'm getting an insta crash, or, if I update dxvk version to 2.0, it says about minimum requirements, nothing helped to solve this

I wanted to play a new patch as it provides fixes for stutters with 2d animations, that's why i'm waiting for the new patch

Regarding the most recent update you can still get the game running by using the "old" P5R.exe from the "AIO-PACK". You may get a xinput1_4.dll error but you can make a copy of xinput1_3.dll and rename it to 4. or use VxKex Happy win7 gaming
