Runes & Relics Guide

This guide lists all 192 of the runes in Scathe, along with the 5 relics, with screenshots of their locations.

Note: I have deliberately not made the harder runes obvious to find, to prevent spoilers and retain the high level of challenge the developers intended. I would suggest running around to find the area where each rune should be. If the rune is not where it looks like it should be, there's a very good chance it's hidden behind a wall or object, and either needs a (usually nearby) skull button trigger to be shot at or finding a sneaky entrance to the location. On at least one occasion, a blind leap of faith is required. If you are still stuck after using this guide, please don't hesitate to post in the comments section which rune you need help with, and either I or someone else from the community will help you, or you can ask in the Scathe Discord.

How To Use This Guide

1. As the world map isn't linear, I have grouped the zone maps by area: Industrial, Nature, and Temples
   
2. I have listed the runes in the order in which I found them on each map; it may very well be the case that you have to retrace your
3. steps to find specific runes as I might have run past them early on in the map
   
4. To find which map you're after, look at the in-game zone map (default keyboard shortcut 'M'), and note the zone icon and map area
   
5. Locate the corresponding map in this guide
   
6. Look through the rune screenshots to find where to go

Yeah i understand your position. Anyway i was wrong a bit because i've got the rune thanks for your screenshot - i figured where the secret door is. Take my points then

@1Imbalanced, I appreciate your frustration; I didn't want to hand-hold anybody with this guide, so it is as intended. I played each level thoroughly and hope others will too and thus be able to see where my screenshots are from. The discord for the game is a great resource for those stuck on particular runes - the people there helped me to find some.

Almost useless guide because it is hard to define by 1 screenshot where specific rune is. But thanks for the effort.
