Collection of the types of zombies and miscellaneous information.

Zombie's field of vision and next movement.

Zombies have 2 fields around them. One of them is its vision and the other is the range of movements it could go in the next turn.
If a player steps in its field of vision it will move towards the players last known location and the field for movement will update to show where it will move the next turn.
Its possible to hide from a zombie after losing them but caution is advised as zombies will usually trample any door or windows nearby if they lose the player.
Its possible for zombies to chase players by sound alone, the range of which is unknown.

Zombie

Description: The generic zombie, it can cause trouble if encountered in its healthy form but usually its crippled and in a weakened state.

Helmet Zombie

Description: A generic zombie with a helmet, its going to eat through weapon durability if one were to go for the kill. It possesses horrible vision due to its helmet and is unable to bite, one could walk entirely past it with low risk.

Head Protected	Wears good armor on its head.
Unable To Bite	Helmet obstructs its mouth from biting.
Narrow Vision	Barely sees 2 tiles in front of it.

Listener Zombie

Description: It can detect the faintest noise and disturb survivors who have sheltered themselves behind covers. Otherwise its just as strong as a generic zombie.

Good Hearing	Can easily notice noise from the player.

Nimble Zombie

Description: A troublesome zombie. It doesnt pose much of a threat but it can dodge more frequently, tiring out survivors with bad luck.

Good Reflexes	50% dodge chance.

Decayed Zombie

Description: Very weak zombie, the main danger is catching a disease when attacking them. Though an antibiotica can easily cure it.

Decayed	Attacking one at melee will cause a disease.

Zombie Police Officer

Description: A dangerous zombie against less observant survivors. While a bit tougher then generic zombies the main problem is its good vision, making it difficult to sneak around it unnoticed.

Wide Vision	Vision is always at 4.2

Construction Worker Zombie

Description: Has the same protection as the zombie with a helmet but without its restrictions. If one doesnt want to waste durability killing this creature then going for the legs and making a run for it is also a viable option.

Fat Zombie

Description: A big zombie with insane amount of hp. The only saving grace when meeting one is its slow speed. Caution is advised when indoors in case it blocks a chokepoint.

Specials	Description
Fat	Has a lot of HP.
Slow	Can only move 2 tiles at once.

Zombie Runner

Description: Fastest zombie type as of now. Its high speed allows it to catch anything within 10 tiles. Its vision is about average but this doesnt help much if it happens to randomly run into a survivor. Running away is impossible, either walk around it or take it out at once. They have a tendency to stay dormant/sleep quite frequently.

Specials	Description
Fast	Can move 10 tiles in one turn.

Firefighter Zombie

Description: One of the few fully armored zombies. It's slightly stronger then a generic zombie and several times tougher to take down. Only downside is its reduced maximum vision by 0.5.

Specials	Description
Fully Protected	Wears armor on all body parts but has 0.5 less vision.

Swat Zombie

Description: The other fully armored zombie. This one is slighter stronger than the firefighter zombie. Though it also shares the same weakness of having 0.5 less maximum vision.

Description: Very dangerous zombie with ridiculous amount of strength and toughness. Doesn't have any known weaknesses

Big Zombie

Description: A behemoth of a zombie. It rivals both the fat zombie and tough zombie in raw defense and offense. Doesnt have any known weaknesses and is arguably the strongest zombie variant yet

Author Notes

The game has a surprising variety of special zombies. It took me a while to find some of them. I got the numbers by looking at the files and cross referenced with the zombies ingame. The difficulty rating has also been taken from the files.

I dont know how to gauge the special ability of the listener though so i'll keep it as 'good hearing' in the meantime.
