NO AMBIENT HEAT TRANSFER. Otherwise all of the flesh will fall off

IMPORTANT:
go into general settings scroll to the bottom and TURN OFF REJECT SUSPICIOUS MODS.
It will not work if you don't do this.

Then scroll up and change the iteration count to 128 and collisions to discrete
also turn of ambient heat transfer
