Mod is updated to latest game version (1.5.0).

Mod is designated to improve states map, fix hub (cities) positions, add more state traits and improve resource distribution.

Also I'll try to fix pop number all around the world.

Mod currently adds 102 new states around the world:

- 45 new states in Russian Empire;
- 3 new states in British Empire;
- 2 new states in France;
- 1 new state in Portugal;
- 2 new states in Spain;
- 1 new state in Italy;
- 14 new states in Ottoman Empire;
- 1 new state in Greece;
- 4 new states in Egypt;
- 3 new states in Sudan;
- 1 new state in Ethiopia;
- 1 new state in Somaliland;
- 3 new states in Libya;
- 1 new state in Tunisia;
- 2 new states in Algeria;
- 2 new states in Morocco;
- 2 new states in Arabia;
- 1 new state in Yemen;
- 8 new states in Iran;
- 2 new states in Afghanistan;
- 3 new states in Pakistan.

I'll try to add more states as soon as I can.

Next plan is Low Countries.
