there is an entity in the water in the wiki that being th hydrolists plague, which is a deadly bacteria that is found in untreated bodies of water, and salt water kills it, it can make you vomit, weak, feel extreme pain and other types of sickness or types of pain

hey can you make a level 0 with a clock in the spawn area that count downs the entity spawn that only admins can tweak and make the entity like a boss so all damage (props, guns, melee) damage them?
