Swag Mod

Beschreibung
A mod designed for Bokoens MP games, to be played in Multiplayer with players on major countries.

Small tweaks to migration numbers, minting, construction etc to mitigate ballooning the economy too fast as it slows the game down to a crawl. The AI does not handle these changes very well and will need tweaking.

Also features basic map modding to saturate colours and not burn retinas away.
