A bug that i have had is where I've completed all the puzzles and i can't exit or finish the level.

There is a bug - if you don't go to the end of corridor when screen starting to fade than in next room your screen start to fade again and fade completelly. You end up in totatl dark

Do we need to do something after all the right times are in? I see that the large clock hands have moved, but I don't know how to finish

You can open the giant clock door behind the bookshelves and it causes a bunch of the digit pieces to fly out into space, thus preventing you from completing the puzzle.
