With RE to Jazz skills, I will give them a shoutout when I update the guide again but similar to why I didn't include Bike skills on my Persona 4 Golden Build Guide, not everyone might decide to make use of them or might miss out on them. With the builds I posted, they should be more achievable to get (though of course if they're only going down the true ending path).
For example, Elec Boost is a waste on Skull and I feel it should be replaced with Shock Boost. His magic stat is so low that Elec Boost isn't going to help that much and you should only be using it for technicals and weakness hits.
You're also ignoring the Jazz club skills, some of which are massive. For instance, Charge, Arms/Spell Master, and Debilitate are all really big.
There's a GameFAQ thread that goes pretty in-depth with some endgame builds. There's no need to 1:1 copy it, it's just for some insight on how some of the real sweatlords optimize the characters.

If you do add more builds to this guide, I would also suggest looking into the Jazz club skills. Some of them are pretty huge for party members like Charge and Arms Master on Yusuke, which I would replace one of his bufudynes and Hyakka Ryouran with.
