copy and paste this very line in the loco's .mdl file this will fix the K2 mod
Steam > Steamapps > Workshop > Content > 1066780 > 2877363838 < this number is the file ID for this mod
from there its
res > models > model > vehicle > train
once in the train file all of the loco editable files are here from which you only need notepad or the much better Notepad++
Also, is there a way to add to the number formatting? As I'm using the line designator mod which requires the line number to be in brackets. This leads to my line manager looking a bit odd when using this train with others, as it looks like this:
[ST] (14) Leeds - London
[ST] *15* York - London
[ST] (16) Manchester - London
If there is a way to do it myself, then how would I go about this? Like I said, no experience :)
mate that's edward
Otherwise great mod.
power = 250, (needs to be 550.0 as the game calcs in hp not ibf)
tractiveEffort = 140, (needs to me 61.3 not 140)
weight = 140, (the K2 was 70 tonnes, 69.7 for the exact measurement not 140 tonnes, this puts her being heavier than the flying scotsman which is 126 tonnes single tender but 152 tonnes double tender)
the original locomotives was caoable of 150 ibf, with a tractive effortive of around 61.3 kilonewtons.
yet the converter i used on the internet came up with it as 150 ibf = 550 hp
and the official wiki actually have the loco at 41 tonnes and its tender at 28,7 tonnes of weight thus i assume that 69.7 is the correct weight value.
this is not meant to be critical of you rob i love your mods just in game the locomotive struggles to be useful.
