You need the right power supply
On the Pico Neo 3 Link DP cable is a box with a hole on the side, that is a power jack, you can plug in here a power supply with that the Pico Neo 3 Link battery get charged.

The power supply should have this specs:

- 12V DC
- 2A or more
- Plug with 5.5 mm and a 2.1 mm hole (- minus outside and + plus inside)

Such 12V power supplies are pretty common, I had laying around one from an old device, but they can also bought easily on Amazon etc. But get really sure the plug is polarized the right way, the outer side of the plug must be minus (-) and the inside plus (+) and of course the right size of the plug. There are some power supplies with the opposite polarization, so better double check before you damage your DP cable or even the headset itself. That symbol from the image above should be on the power supply.

The power supply should have at very least 1.5A, better 2A, more is also ok. The headset will draw at max 2A, less than 1.5A can't charge the battery enough and it get drained. This data are from the official Pico Discord server.
