Herba the Shopkeeper - Under the Witch [PM, Ragdoll, NPC]

This is Herba, the shopkeeper from a game called Under the Witch (Hero's Journey on Steam). It's not for the faint of heart, and I don't recommend it unless you're in desperate need of Cognitive Behavorial Therapy.

Jigglebones for the bouncy bits

Bodygroups for various components like the belt, skirt, and jewelry

The original model clocked in around 142,000 vertices and just under 400 bones.
Source models have a hard limit of 65,535 vertices and 256 bones.
This model has exactly 65,527 vertices and 247 bones. That's EIGHT vertices and 9 bones away from the Source engine limit. I couldn't even spare resources for level-of-detail models.
It's a pretty heavy model (pun intended).

A few animations need to be adjusted, namely the idle animations where her arms go into her hips.
Jigglebones for the hair are fairly basic and need further tweaking.
Hair is definitely the weakest part of the model, since it's been decimated so much and the shaders used in UE4 are way beyond Source's capabilities.
Facial flexes.
Hostile NPC. Technically works currently, but she crashes the game if given an invalid weapon (anything that makes a Combine soldier t-pose).
