Adds Rebecca from the anime series "Cyberpunk: Edgerunners" into the game, replacing Party Girl

This is the first version ive made and could be considered a WIP, it is also my very first mod, suggestions and feedback are appreciated

I did this just because i loved the series and no one had submited their own mod, enjoy!

Notes for the future:
- Im planning on adding her jacket and big cyber hands for the shimmered version
- Polish sprites and animation

- Replaced Happy Grenades with the EMP Grenade from the Cyberpunk 2077 game, confetti particle remains the same

- Changed default sprite hairstyle so it looks like it does in the show when she is in her underwear
