You can't implicate the guard, as that would cause a fight right in the chapter.
Anything on the right track (Tidy) will implicate some with Tidy or the future guards.
I so upset that when I didn't want to bother with the investigation so I forcibly woke up Dr. hush, it still triggered the robot fight so I had to rewind a bit.
If you want the good graff ending:
When you are fighting the Tribots, step on the triangle panels and DON'T wait under the cage. They must also be successfully trapped using this method, or you will default to the Bad ending ( credit to taiyo's guide- I didn't know you could trap the robots at all.).
