You sssaved me
There's several ways you can save the snake, and you only need to get it 3 times.
1. Rescue the snake from the prison cell in The Prisoner (Leo)
2. Save the snake from bandits in The Strike Leader, a few location cards after you meet Karst.
3. Pull the snake out of the water if you choose to go down river in The Escape.

A gift horse
Save Aude from the temple in The Liberator.

Gotcha
Capture Hector alive: confront some cultists that include a Weapon Master (it should say 'master of traps' in their description when you hover over them) and either kill him or pickpocket a Claw Trap from him. When you confront Hector, use this Claw Trap on him and don't initiate battle.

Double trouble
To kill the Tuxedo Brothers without spilling blood, you need to get an acid potion for Tony and (?)

Dark and stinky
To cook the best turtle meal, combine Black Kelp and Rum in a bubbling cauldron. You can get the bubbling cauldron card from Sylvia's Time to cook! OR from recruiting the cook at the Floating Inn Kitchen.

Lyre lyre pants on fire
Switch the Lyre with the fake one at the beginning of the game using The Forger, which you can get a Forger Recommendation Letter for in The Strike Leader and ().

Blind as a bat
Give Lady Katell the fake Lyre.

The pelican brief
Use the Sailor's Testimony on the Dock Worker Juror. Use the Street Urchin on the Emotional Juror. Use the Noble's Testimony on the Snooty Juror.

Use the Kill List on the Hostile Judge. Use the Scared Witness's Testimony on the (now) Neutral Judge. Use the An Even More Suspicious Inkwell on the (now) Intrigued Judge.

Unlock the secret character by witnessing the end of the world for the first time.

A grave matter
In The Nymphant (possibly could also do in The Liberator), recruit the Pilgrim of the Order of Noctomoth and use him on the Infested Jungle to reveal the Tomb of the Noctomoth. It'll be empty. Go back to it again to see it empty again and you'll unlock this achievement.

You don't need acid on the armored penguin, Pattenbois' sea shanty saps his fighting spirit for -1 morale (which is all he had left after you killed, bribed or otherwise removed his ally).

to get pacifist fanatic, after you acquire a firebomb (leo's roar on the slums+volepain's pepper on the crowd+volepain's steal on the rioters), as you travel through locations, there'll be a pop-up on the derelict docks after clearing the criminals. It'll state that nobody's in the surrounding buildings, and you can throw a firebomb at the location without any deaths.

to get double trouble, you need to use acid on the armored brother, and alcohol on the drunked one.

To get trial by combat, use volepan's pepper bomb on pattenbois's trial to trigger a fitght, then win

Done Negotiating :
Go directly to The Negotiator and give the true Lyre to Lady Katell (if you already have unlocked Noctomoth and gave the fake Lyre in a previous run, you may need to create another save because Noctomoth won't let you give the true Lyre to Katell). Then, go to The Prisoner (with Isabeu in your team) where you'll meet Gribbaud. He'll give you a package, do not open it but deliver it to a messenger in the 3rd region (from memory, the messenger can be found in a guard post), Isabeau will receive a new card, Deal Breaker. This new card deals 2 damages per card played during the negotiations phase so you need to use 2 cards that don't end the negotiations (as Volepain's Nimble Hands) and then use Deal Breaker on an enemy

Thanks to the chinese guide on steam where I used Google Translate, I finally get those 2 achievements. Here is how you do it if some people meet the same difficulties as I did :

The Medium Place :
You need to end the Sacred Temple mission without the Morin Khuur instrument and Volepain needs to drink the cure. It doesn't seem that you have to save every characters because I didn't save Isabeau and it still worked for me. To recap, here are the missions you need to do in order :
- The Strike Leader (get The Forger card)
- The Negotiator (duplicate the Lyre and give the fake one to Lady Katell)
- The Rescue (DO NOT TAKE NOCTOMOTH IN YOUR GROUP ! When you'll meet the Condemned Tunnel, use Dynamite on it. You need to see the Morin Khuur but don't take it.)
- The Escape, The Advocate, The Herbalist, The Blockade, The Liberator (drink the cure here) and the Sacred Temple

Does anyone know how to get those 2 achievements : The Medium Place and Done Negotiating ? I'm only missing those 2 but can't find how to get them.

With the picture and the text of the Done Negotiating achievement, I guess we have to find an Isabeau's card called Deal Breaker. I tried some stuff like not giving the Ominous Package to the Sanguinaires in the Escape mission but it didn't work and I can't find this card.

The bad place : stick with the cultists after giving back the (real) lyre to Lady Katell, until serving Tao Tao and make the dark ritual.

Hint: Use a secret character's card on the bard.
Full spoiler: Use Noctomoth's Mesmerism on the bard.

Complete a fanatic run, and give the luth to Tao the Nimphant, despite your friend being hostage

Pacifist fanatic
Get sent to high security prison without blood on your hands
You can try to add guard to the search party without killing anyone
A molotov can be used on the abandonned docks (I don't remember the name) to add a good number.
A simpler method is to keep resting. The rest deck only add guards, fulfilling the condition by itself.

Force of nature
Get one of your character's attack score to 6 or above
Mixing (with the herbalist or the cook) a life tonic and a spore will give you a +1 attack tonic (and also -1 HP it seems).

Gotcha
Additionaly:
When in the sewer, one of the battle is against 3 smugglers. Stealing the one on the left will grant you a trap
