At the official Johnren store page[www.johren.games]. It's free, but you need an account to d/l it. Extract the file. Copy patch.xp3 from SteamPatch folder to the install directory of KamiYaba.

How do i access After Story?
After Stories are unlocked on the right side of the title screen after completing a route

Does this game have slooshy sounds?
Yes

• Options marked with * appears after completing at least one route. Dont mind if it doesnt.
  
• If the game suddenly freezes , just right click the screen. This happens when the route ends.
  
• Mao is unlocked after completing at least 1 route.
  
• If the R-18 choices doesn't appear, it means you are playing an all-ages version of the game.
  
• I recommend starting with Nanami
