Steam is now blocking all "adult-only" (porn) games in most countries, to continue playing from chapter 5 and unlock the remaining achievement you just need to follow these steps.

1) Download a VPN (Virtual Private Network) I use Proton VPN

2) Start the VPN and select Japan

3) Now press the Windows key on your keyboard along with the R key.

4) At the bottom left of the screen a window called "Run" will open.

5) Then type the command: steam://install/1997700

6) If you have a Japanese IP Steam should start updating the game.
- If you see in the Steam page "The game is not available in your country" you have an IP where porn games are blocked.
