Sensory Worlds = official name to describe VRs.
PvP = it means you fight other players.

Virtualia = a digital universe controlled and developed by AIs. The programmers keep an eye on the AIs, but you can consider they mostly failed since they cannot control their universes anymore. No secret here.
Enpecs = virtual NPCs.
Synesthesia = concurrent multi-sensory perception.
Net = the in-game name of the internet.
Dark Web = that dark side of the Net, where you find generally unacceptable, dark and frightening things.

Gametech aka Players' equipment
Computer = you know what it is, right? Well the difference is that in this game almost everyone has high tech ones that allow you to enter digital universes with your senses immersed.
Couch = players need to take a sit on them, so their body can fully disconnect from reality.
Suit = armor against real life troubles (stiff back, muscles and joint pain, dystrophy and contractures)

Helmet = lets the game inside your head. Players cannot connect with anything without it. The down side is that you need to be careful when you remove it because you can get into a coma or die. This helmet controls the vitalization and devitalization processes (the activation and deactivation of gaming chemicals).

Skin = costume worn in a game. Think of an avatar skin with complex appearance-wise customization options. In the player's case, the skin remains mostly the same. No, you won't grow horns or wings.
The Gaming Chemicals
Nutrifluid = your temporary food and water must-haves that you take in your body beforehand for your long gaming sessions. It is supposed to be healthy.

Gamepill = metabolic modifier for those who want to play for more hours. This pill has nanobots that allows you not to worry about bladder and intestines. Basically don't worry if you want to pee or poo while gaming. It won't happen.
This pill is activated by your helmet via a process called devitalization.
The opposite process in which the action of gamepill is cancelled is called revitalization.

Plex = a neurodrink uploaded in the brain using a Brainfix (machine) with the purpose of stimulating neural areas.

Diginets = artificial people who have a synthetic brain with they own unique psyche and civil rights. They can also get an artificial body for a fee too. Think of a possible E.D.I.
Zoenets = a person that exists only in the Net and sensory worlds with an organic brain kept artificially alive in a netrium (see below). They are nicknamed cyberghosts.
Semi-zoenet = a person who owns a body and is able to keep it alive, but prefers the existence in sensory worlds.

Rendan = a synthetic structure that is an exact copy of an individual brain, you can also call it a synthetic brain. You will mostly hear it be used in the context of it being the container for a diginet's psyche.
Rendanite = a name for a diginet or zoenet whose psyche is held within a rendan.

Mobrium = a self-propelled container for a brain or rendan that looks humanoid.
Netrium = a self-propelled container for a brain or rendan that is shaped like cuboid boxes.

Brahma = a sensory world created by the Interscope Corporation to ensure that zoenets and diginets can live in a world resembling Realium without the world itself being a game.

Exuter = external uterus made with the help of technology of course.
Organizations
While this section just gives a general view of what main organizations exists in Gamedec, no actual spoilers, the truth is that you only discover each one exists the more you progress in the game. I do not recommend this section if you only started this game. For curiosity's sake I mentioned the organizations in the order of discovery, each one with their own spoiler tag.

Blue Whale Interactive (BWI) = game company who created the games Paradise Beach and Knight's Code, the service Pygmalion service (this service creates the diginets a.k.a. artificial people) and the luxury helmet Golden Thought.

FreqNoir Heavy Industries = company known for operating in the transportation market and creating Anti-G (anti-gravity) Technology and polymer ropes for skyliners.

Nanette Foundation = a youth-oriented charitable organization that takes care of minors from the Low City by engaging them in virtualium activities, and also takes care of terminally ill children whose parent/guardians cannot afford treatment.

The Interscope Corporation = international tronic company that created Brahma, mobriums and rendans, cooperating with BWI with the Pygmalion service.
Closing Notes
As all high tech realms, it was bound for new terms to appear and it is better for the player to familiarise with them quickly in order to feel really immersed in the story and just follow the storytelling without wondering what that NPC is talking about. Gamedec gets 100 points for creativity and I again recommend checking out the in-game Codex, it contains so much more. The writing and depth is top-notch.

This dex was made with the purpose of bringing things simple and to the point, creating a "dictionary handbook". Thus, I tried to define the terms to their very essence with as little spoilers as possible, Organizations excluded.
