@Agraza adding the cities you said sounds good enough, though I'd need something more concrete for Falah. As for the electorate cities, maybe I could remove them, tho I had them in the first place because they had a lot of influence inside the empire. Both on the lords and the people. Anbenncost is the seat of the emperor's power, where most of the bureaucracy of the empire happens, and so I thought of them integral when trying to enforce the decision. Castonath was added as it was the old seat of power of Castellos, and even though it is half destroyed, it still, I believe, have some priests of his, and having them by your side would give the council a lot of legitimacy. Plus, its arguably the most important city in all of Esccan.
I'd add the Corseton for Nerat, Nathalaire for Nathalyne, somewhere in Dostanor for Falah (perhaps directly adjacent to the deepwoods), Estallen for Esmaryal, Minaran Temple for Minara.
As for additional gods, I don't know who I could add, and what perks ti give them. Additional, they would need their own icon and I'm not really good with that. But if you have an idea, tell me
