Missable Achievements

These achievements are listed in the order that they appear in the game!


Elite Soldier
Kill the 3 collector dolls in the prologue


For this achievement you'll need to kill the 3 dolls that attack you right at the start of the game before you wake up in the doll house. It's not as difficult as it seems, they get staggered for a second when they take damage so you can easily hit one then run before it can hit you back.
**The game autosaves when you wake up in the house so make sure you quit the game quickly before the game can save if you die.

GG EZ
Finish the slide puzzle within 1 minute


The slide puzzle is near the start of the game and is the first puzzle you come across. I did some testing and I think this is the fastest way of completing it.

Friendship
Help Elise


This achievement can be unlocked after you acquire the fish key. At the end of the long hallway with water on the floor and wooden doors, you'll find a small room with Elise. You'll unlock the achievement for giving her back her leg after you beat the wave based challenge.
**If you beat Edith before helping Elise she'll disappear and you'll have to try this achievement again in your next playthrough.


Your mother called
Elise survived the battle


After you've returned the leg to Elise she'll help you in your next boss battle, try to take agro from the boss as much as possible by getting up in their face so they don't focus on her too much.


Catfight
Beat Flora in a fair fight


For this achievement you'll need to beat Flora, the boss in the outdoor area, with just your sword. If you don't already have it, it can be bought from Pol for 12 toothwheels. Make sure you unequip all your guns and only take in the sword, the fight itself is actually a lot easier than it seems as she doesn't do the aoe spike attack if you only have the melee weapon, all you need to do is swing just before she comes into range of you then run before she has a chance to attack then rinse and repeat until she's dead.

Miscellaneous Achievements

Relaxing
Spend 5 minutes in the hotspring


This achievement can be unlocked in the safe room in the downstairs water/fish themed area. You'll need to unequip the dress you're wearing to enter the hotspring, after sitting there for at least 5 minutes the achievement will pop once you leave.




Fishy
Catch a fish


This achievement can be unlocked anytime after you get the fish key. You'll need to purchase the teeth stone from the rewards tab of Pier's shop. (It can only be used once so if you've already used it you'll need to do it on your next playthrough)

Roulette
Spend money on the devil


You'll only be able to unlock this achievement during a NG+ run. After you've beaten the Pier bossfight and have access to his puppet's store, you'll be able to purchase the devil coin under the Dollmaster tab in the rewards section. The coin can be used on the small gate in the red safe room of the fun house. Video below if you're lost. It will require 50 coins to play.
*This achievement didn't unlock for me until I loaded a save a little while later.

Kill 50 enemies


You should unlock this achievement over the course of doing the other achievements.

Collection Achievements (Notes, Dresses, Weapons, Modifications)

Fashion Expert
Collect all dresses


There are 12 dresses required for this achievement. You'll have to beat the game at least once to collect them all.

Starting Dresses:
Unmissable.
- Blue Dress

Pol's Dresses:
These dresses can be purchased from Pol. Some are only available as you progress through the story.
- Military Uniform
- Hydra Suit
- Leather Armor
- Nurse Dress
- Hazard Dress
- White Dress

Roulette Dresses:
These dresses can be won from the Roulette table in NG+ (find the Roulette achievement above for more information)
- Black Nurse Dress
- Devil Alisa
- Bullet Belts

Boss Reward Dresses:
This dress can be unlocked after you've beaten Flora. You'll have to purchase it from Pier under the rewards section of his shop.
- Heavy Iron Armor

Teeth Door Dresses:
This dress can be found behind the teeth door in the funhouse area. You'll need to purchase the teeth stone reward from Pier to unlock it. (It's at the opposite end of the hallway from the pendulums)

Weapon Expert
Collect all weapons


There are 14 weapons in the game, including the starting pistol which you get for free.

6 can be bought from Pol, some of them will appear as you progress through the game.
- Blunderbuss
- Saber
- Wilson M1
- Hillside Revolver

- Longbird Rifle

4 can be bought from Pier as rewards for killing the bosses throughout the game.
- Hammer (Edmiston Boss Reward)
- Javelin (Edith Boss Reward)
- Sword and Shield (Flora Boss Reward)
- HMG (Albertus Boss Reward)

2 can be won through the devil roulette wheel.
- Dualies
- Bear Traps

1 weapon is hidden and can only be found by unlocking the small locked area in the garden. The method is pretty convoluted and hard to type out so I recorded a video below. To explain it as simply as possible, you'll need to open the small locked area in the garden by finding the rope behind the teeth door. Once you have the rope use it to rappel down the gazebo in the garden. Now in the room with the wells you'll need to pull the lever in the back corner thus opening the locked gate.
*You'll need both weapon slots empty to pick it up.

Reject Humanity
Install all modifications


There are 5 modifications which can be easily bought from the Pier puppet after you beat him during the first boss fight. There is a 6th hidden modification which can only be bought if you give Elise's leg to Pier instead of returning it to her.
**Modifications affect the endings, if you're on your first playthrough I would recommend ignoring the modifications until your next playthrough.

There are 21 Notes total in my video, however I'm not sure if the last one counts or not but I included it just in case!

Ending & Completion Achievements

The endings in Alisa correspond to your upgrade purchases, like I mentioned at the start of the guide. It's recommended to avoid purchasing any upgrades during your first playthrough.

Get Ending A


Thanks so much to Phoenix7786 for commenting, according to the dev, Casper, you can purchase either the magnetic fingertips or the make-up kit and still get ending A, however if you buy both of them or any other upgrade it will disqualify you from unlocking ending A


Into the unknown
Get Ending B


Finish the game having purchased at least two but not at all of Pier's modifications.


The New Master
Get Ending C


Finish the game having purchased all modifications from Pier.

Save the dolls!
Beat the game without killing enemies. Bosses only


I would definitely recommend attempting this achievement on a NG+ run. All you have to do is avoid the enemies and kill the bosses.
- For Edmiston I used the black nurse dress and the sword, it's relatively easy. Try to position yourself in between the mallets / gloves and keep hitting the spikey part of the tower.
- For Edith I used the bullets for my pistol which I had acquired through pickups. You can also pick up her thrown spears and throw them back at her for some extra free damage.
- For Flora I simply used the black nurse dress and sword. Very easy fight.
- For the dollmaster I swapped to the bullet belt dress and took the blunderbuss, you could use your toothwheels to purchase some ammo / medkits if you need them, however I had enough to kill him without spending any money. This fight is extremely easy with the bullet belts and blunderbuss, just stand still and keep shooting him, he'll be staggered permanently until he dies.
**If you're wondering about the wave based section where you're forced to kill enemies, if you beat Edith and then return to Elise she'll be gone and you can pick up the book.


Speedrunner
Complete the game within 2 hours


This achievement was updated, originally as long as you didn't choose the 'continue' option your time would reset back to when you had last saved. However since the update even avoiding pressing continue your time would still save from when you had died. However, as soon as you're about to die, quickly alt+f4 and you should still have the same time from when you saved. All strategies used for the 'Save the Dolls' achievement are useful for this one also, avoid most enemies and just rush boss to boss beating them as fast as you can.

Tripled Supset, I just beat the game with all 5 modifications, except the hidden 6th mod, and ended up getting Ending B. So it's really necessary to have all 6 modifications at the end to get Ending C!

Just wanted to add that you can get the "Catfight" achievement by equipping the secret straightjacket suit and continiously running into her. She reacts very predictably and can't really do anything about is as you'll run right through her!

Do you need the hidden 6th mod in order to get ending C, or is that not needed?

As far as I know if you alt+f4 as you die when you load back into the game it will be at the time you had when you saved previously so you're not losing a bunch of time redoing things after death. I haven't tested this in a while but I believe it should still work

What’s the current deal with the less than two hours achievement? Does it have to be in one go? Do you save whenever you want and then alt F4 during the death animation, in order to not add time before reloading?

Hey, that's okay! It's all about trial and error :D! Have you tried just instantly alt+f4ing rather than minimizing?

Minxy, the best option is not to go to the pause menu, but immediately minimize the game. I tested situations with different mobs, not in all cases it is possible to exit to the pause menu, perhaps it depends on the types of attacks. Sorry for the hasty conclusions.

Gemanoneko, you're right, this advice doesn't work anymore. The only way to avoid the time increase is to go to the pause menu during the death animation, minimize the game and close it from the taskbar. The exception is the black doll, when she grabs you the pause is unavailable.
