Fumo Cirno Touhou. Yes.

Fumo Cirno is an ultra lightweight brawler who might seem familiar to another ultra lightweight smash character, Pichu! Most of her normals are based on the melee version of Pichu with some borrowing from ultimate as well.

Fumo Cirno's neutral special has her launch a happy meal at foes. Holding down the button will extend the range of the move. Tilting the control stick allows her to adjust the angle of the move. Yoshi players might find it similar to Yoshi's up special in smash!

Fumo Cirno's down special lets her transform into one of nine random items. She gains super armor and a fairly strong hitbox while descending, but be careful as the move has heavy startup and endlag. Kirby players might find it similar to Kirby's down special in smash.

Up special is based on Pichu's agility including perfect agility angles from melee, however Cirno creates a hitbox at the start of each launch of up special. You can even use this hitbox to spike foes. It's great for chasing super deep to secure a kill!

Forward special is a pretty direct port of Pichu's from smash, however it has a 1/9 misfire chance like Luigi!


Her fumo taunt works like a game and watch 9. It has a 1/9 chance to be suuuuper strong. Watch for the funky voiceline.

Self destructing while using her alternate taunt (down+taunt) will activate Lunatic mode. It just makes it a lot harder to win with Cirno. Give it a shot.
