Dune: War for Arrakis

Beschreibung
Dune: War for Arrakis is an asymmetric strategy board game, based on Frank Herbert’s award-winning science fiction novel Dune. Players recreate the Desert War, the struggle for control of the planet Arrakis, the only source in the Imperium of the spice melange, fought between House Atreides and House Harkonnen and their respective leaders and allies.

This is the official public module of Dune: War for Arrakis for 2 players, and each opponent leads one of the two factions, either the Atreides (House Atreides and Fremen Ally) or the Harkonnens (House Harkonnen and Corrino Ally).

The Kickstarter will launch on September 14th, 3 pm EST. If you enjoy the module, please consider backing the game!

Gameplay Notes

*The REVEAL button flips all ATREIDES tokens face up, but only for the Atreides player to see. But to continue to play, you must then hide them.

Some of the cards do not match those in the game... Thufir for example. Game has him enter on step 2 of Supremacy, TTS card says to start in the Regeneration Tank

Any plans to update this mod with the most recent version of the game? The rulebook seems somewhat outdated.

It says for 2 Players here on the page, but didn't the boardgame specify how to play with 4 people?

How to get this running or into Tabletop Sim?

Ah, nevermind, I was working off an older version of the manual. The Spice Must Flow is correct.

It looks like the "Start here" indicator on The Spice Must Flow board has been removed. The Imperium tokens start at the topmost 0 Dice row.

@marangoni.martina: you need to own Tabletop Simulator and have subscribed to the current mod. then inside Tabletop Simulator, create a new game and in the Workshop section inside TTS, you will see the mods you subscribed... go through the TTS tutorial or watch some youtube tutorials.
