Another Ayleid Statue for Umbacano, this time in Mackamentain. This is for The Collector Quest.

When you sell the third statue, you can start the quest Nothing You Can Possess: https://youtu.be/fZ-M_KAUM5c and after that you can do the quest Secrets of the Ayleids. Make sure you finish The Collector before seriously starting Secrets of the Ayleids.
