Prototype Low FPS / Stuttering Issue - SOLVED

You have problems with FPS Stuttering when entering the game? The solution is simpler than you thought!

Open Device Manager

Type in the Windows Search Bar ---> "Device Manager" and click it

Select Human Interface Devices

Disable HID - compliant consumer control device

You have to disable ALL of HID - compliant consumer control device for this method to work.

Enjoy the game!

In my case the FPS went up from 10 to more than 100 with this method.

Supposedly dinput8.dll solves this but neither disabling HIDs, limiting the game to 4 cores, or the .dll did anything for me. I managed to boot the game in 4K, but it runs at 18FPS the whole time.
