How to fix "memory error 12" NVIDIA Users

To fix the memory error download new Player 2 folder from here: https://fallenunicorns.com/memory-error-12/
-Go to your Steam File -> common -> Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered -> Drag and drop "Player 2" file and replace it.
IMPORTANT!!!
(Please Un-Zip the Player 2 file before dragging it in. You can use WinRAR. It is free to use. You will get notification to buy full version but you can close it).

Don't launch the game in Steam!!!
Open GeForce Experience -> Home and launch the game.
(It will ask you if you want the game to configure to new changes. Click "No".)

When the game launches. Go to settings and change your resolution and make the game full screen. Then exit the game.

After that you can launch the game through Steam without any problems.

(If the game is not showing up in GeForce Experience. In top right corner you will see 3 dots under your name. Click on the Scan For Games and Apps).

Note: Sometime you need to restart your PC after doing all the steps and then it will work. Just launch the game through GeForce Experience after the restart.

You will run into another error which is: Fatal Error - Create2DTexture.
This error will appear while launching mission: The Bog

FIX: Make sure to turn off Shader Preloader in your graphics settings.

I have a 4090 and 14900k, the game gave me the Error 12 message, worked straight away for me. I play on 4k monitor will all maxed out, with fullscreen i got 50-60 fps, with windowed fullscreen i have 120-140 fps . Thank you for the help !

If you have an RTX Card, its not supported by the shading so if youre trying to load up mp and it says rthat, press cancel twice and you'll load in :)

I have a 4060 and the game gave me the Error 12 message, not tried any of the other ways to fix such as booting in safe mode but this one worked straight away for me. Thanks for the help!

I have an 3080 and I have tried everything even putting it in safe boot. My issue is that I launch the game and then it close. I tried using compatible with window 8 and run admin and it say Fatal error steam must be running and I launch through steam. I think is that the game is not optimize for knew graphic cards. The game does not appear in my geforce experience either to optimize.

Unfortunately, there are people who got in contact with me on the live chat and flagged a new issue. People who use new graphics cards 3060 and 4060 still get the Fetal Error.
I'm not sure if the game is not fully optimised or something else is causing the issue.

Please let me know if you are using any of the new graphics cards and this guide worked for you.
